We're truly excited to offer this group and can't wait to welcome you into
The Village: Surviving Modern Motherhood.
This group may be a good fit if you:
Feel overstimulated or emotionally drained
Carry the majority of the mental load
Miss who you were before motherhood
Feel guilty asking for help or needing space
Struggle with resentment, anxiety, or burnout
Want honest connection with other moms
They say it takes a village—but many mothers today are navigating one of life's biggest transitions without the support they truly need.
We're so excited to introduce The Village: Surviving Modern Motherhood—a space designed to help moms slow down, connect, and find community with others who understand the joys and challenges of this season.
Each gathering begins with 30 minutes of gentle yoga, followed by meaningful conversation and education centered on the realities of modern motherhood. The group is led by Jennifer Yancer, LLPC, RYT-200, who thoughtfully combines her experience as both a licensed mental health clinician and registered yoga teacher to support the whole person—mind and body.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, isolated, touched out, questioning yourself, or simply longing for connection, this is a place where you can show up exactly as you are. No yoga experience is needed.
Our hope is that The Village becomes more than a support group. We hope it becomes a community where mothers feel seen, supported, encouraged, and reminded that they don't have to do motherhood alone.
